Fast fulfillment, clear tracking, and the right support option for your order.
At Certified-Pep, we work to process orders quickly, package them securely, and provide tracking updates so you can follow your shipment from pickup to delivery.
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- Processing times exclude weekends and major holidays.
Shipping carriers & methods
- Street address Ships via FedEx 2 Day (P.O. Boxes not accepted).
- P.O. Box Ships via USPS Priority Mail (P.O. Boxes only).
- Shipping method is automatically determined by the address entered at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
- FedEx 2 Day: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days after carrier pickup.
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days after carrier pickup.
- Delivery times may vary during peak or holiday seasons based on carrier processing.
Package protection & delivery issues
At checkout, customers may choose to add Certified Package Protection. This protection applies only to qualifying shipping issues where a package is lost in transit, stolen in transit, or damaged upon arrival.
- If protection is selected at checkout: qualifying in-transit loss, in-transit theft, and damage-on-arrival claims may be eligible for review and resolution.
- If protection is not selected at checkout: the customer assumes responsibility for shipping risk once the order is placed and processed by the carrier.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, including a mailbox, porch, doorstep, parcel locker, mailroom, or similar delivery location, Certified-Pep is not responsible for loss, theft, or mishandling after delivery.
- Protection must be selected during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

- Tracking updates: please use our tracking page for the fastest update on your shipment.
- Address modifications: address modification requests must be submitted before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

Tracking & updates
- Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is created.
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can lag until the carrier performs the first scan.
- After handoff to FedEx or USPS, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

Address accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Street addresses cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Address modifications must be requested before shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.
U.S. shipping only
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
- No international shipping, forwarding services, or reshippers.
- Orders placed with non-U.S. destinations will be canceled and refunded.
Important shipping notice
Certified-Pep fulfills orders promptly. Street addresses ship via FedEx 2 Day, while P.O. Box addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary during busy seasons based on carrier processing.
